Project Overview
The Anhui DRAM Fab Project, undertaken by L&K Engineering, is a landmark integrated engineering project spanning over 150,000 square meters and incorporating advanced semiconductor facilities and secondary utility systems. From its inception, the project was driven by the goal of creating a benchmark facility, strictly adhering to the construction philosophy of Safety, Quality, and Efficiency to deliver an exceptional project for the client.

Overcoming Challenges with a Commitment to Quality
Throughout the construction process, the project department successfully navigated a host of challenges, including stringent VOC regulations, an accelerated timeline, and significant technical complexities, demonstrating exceptional strategic planning and resilience. Through the extensive application of BIM technology, continuous optimization of construction plans, and rigorous process control, the team successfully overcame a series of technical hurdles, such as the installation of large-scale steel structures and ductwork on the roof, the spatial layout within confined return air plenums, and the integration of various parallel packages. The project team consistently upheld the core principle of “Quality First, Customer Foremost,” maintaining stringent quality control at every stage. During critical milestones - such as the initial co-rack opening, fresh air intake, ultra-clean environment construction, and equipment Move-In - the entire team worked around the clock, culminating in an early, flawless delivery with an impeccable zero-accident record that earned high acclaim from the client.
