Wuhan Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd.

The project for G 6th LTPS AMOLED production line of Wuhan Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is located in No. 117, Zuoling Avenue, Zuoling Town, Hongshan District, Wuhan City and the total construction area for the project is 540,000 m2 of which the area of the clean room FAB of the main plant is about 110,000 m2 and that of the module plant is 72,000 m².

The project is put into production, and then the production capacity of AMOLED panel for one year is 360,000 (with glass substrate 1,500mm*1,850mm), and that of the module (after cutting) is 56.4 million blocks and the main transformer is 110kV.

My company undertakes ARRAY clean room of the plant, with an area of 60,000 m².
