Washing humidification system

The washing humidification system developed by L&K contains fanned Air washer system and high atomization washing humidification system.

The specially designed nozzle capacitates the system to generate about 200μm and impalpable 78μm mist under low operating pressure (about 3kg/cm2). It also possesses strong washing ability of brushing down, making Air washer have a good and stable humidification efficiency. When the surface wind velocity is 2.5m/s, the saturation humidification efficiency is over 90%. It also has a good removal effect towards some gaseous pollutants （AMC）, such as Sox, NOx, NH3, HCl and HF.

The chemical removal rates and humidification ability are shown as follows:

NH4＋：80∼90%and90∼99%

SO2－：80∼90%and90∼98%

Saturation humidification efficiency: over 90%

The system possesses the patent of Chinese Mainland, and it is mainly applied to the installation of air handling to provide the functions of inorganic gas washing removal and humidification, with low primary cost, power consumption and water consumption.
