Join Hands to Create a Better Future - 2019 Year-end Dinner and Award Party of L&K Engineering

 

At 17:30 on December 27, 2019, the 2019 Year-end Dinner and Award Party of L&K Engineering was held at Four Points by Sheraton in beautiful Dushu Lake Moon Bay, Suzhou. Mr. Yao Zuxiang - Chairman of the Company, Mr. Mao Zhihui – General Manager (GM), Ms. Chen Shuzhen – Senior Vice GM, Mr. Yang Zhengyu – Vice GM and other Senior Officers attended the ceremony.

At this party, Suzhou, as the main venue, synchronously interacted with the sub-venues of various projects, such as Chongqing Branch, Mianyang Huike Project Group in Sichuan, Wuhan Xinxin Project Group in Hubei, Qinhuangdao Zhending Project Group in Hebei, Hefei Changxin Project Group in Anhui, Xiamen Lianxin Project Group in Fujian, Yangzhou Liansheng Project Group, Wuhan Changjiang Storage and Wuhan Huaxing Project Group, etc. This party was webcast in real time, gathering all people throughout the whole country of L&K Engineering to share the harvest and joy of the past year and look forward to a better 2020!
 

 

At the beginning of the party, Mr. Mao affirmed the achievements made by all the employees of L&K Engineering and offered encouragement, spoke highly of the application of L&K’s Engineering Cloud Platform in project management, and encouraged each employee to continuously study and forge ahead, make exploration and innovation, and raise the project management of the company to a new height. He stated that a good project depends on good management; the project management lies in people and affair management; people management lies in discipline and system; and affair management lies in process and methods. Besides, he emphasized and reiterated the 16-character policy of L&K Engineering: "plan in advance, reach consensus before work, value workers, implementing actually", and gave the policy a new definition in the context of information management. Moreover, he laid stress on the innovation, improvement and full implementation of the Engineering Cloud Platform. At the same time, he expressed his thanks to all the employees and excellent suppliers.

At this party, the company commended 47 employees of L&K Engineering for their excellent performance in 2019, 17 manufacturers with excellent performance and cooperation in 2019, 20 employees winning the first prize, second prize or third prize in the 2019 Nomograph and Material Counting Competition, and the employees who have worked in L&K Engineering for 15 years, 10 years or 5 years, expressing thanks to them for their contributions to L&K Engineering.
