L&K Engineering - The 2020 Drawing and Counting Contest Was Successfully Held

At present, under the general environment of stable epidemic control in the whole country, all the subsidiaries and projects of L&K Engineering strictly implemented epidemic prevention and control measures, and successfully held this year’s Drawing and Counting Contest on October 17, 2020.

Different from previous years, the Contest was attended by colleagues from Singapore Branch and Vietnam Henan Project Team in addition to 26 sub-examination rooms in China. “The 100-foot-high pole head swings with the wind and keeps working hard and you can stay at anywhere as your home in your life”. It is the countless Yaxiang people who abandon the short reunion of small families, devote themselves to Yaxiang’s career with great enthusiasm and energy, bravely go upstream under the epidemic and rush to various projects, which makes Yaxiang develop steadily.
 

 

The skill of drawings and counting is an essential basic skill for every Yaxiang engineer. To encourage employees to keep the good habit of continuous learning, the Company carefully set a generous bonus for the Contest. The results of the Contest are not sole for personal honor, but also relating to the results of functional qualification inventory of each engineer in the second half of 2020.

Under the epidemic situation, the Contest was successfully held concurrently at home and abroad, which reflected the excellent management ability of the Company. It showed employees and customers with practical actions that Yaxiang has the willingness and ability to meet challenges, and may provide employees with safety protection in face of difficulties, turning crises into opportunities and taking precautions.
