Clean Package 1, the 8.6-generation ultra-high-definition new display device production line project in HuiKe, Changsha undertaken by L&K Engineering, is located in Feiyanchong, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hunan Province. The Project consists of the following specialties: Interior decoration, HVAC, electrical lighting, fire alarm, automatic control, water supply and drainage, structure, space management, etc. The scope of the Project includes not only the clean room, but also related area of the 2/F control port of the North Support Area and the MAU air-conditioning machine room. The clean room area of the Project is 110,000m2, and the floor area is 225,000m2.It is a challenging project with short total construction period, great construction difficulty, numerous parallel contractors and frequent crossover operations.
 

The main products of the Project customers reach 8K, 10K and other ultra-high definition LCD and white OLED display panels. The requirements of the Project are much higher than those of ordinary factories. Whether it is the construction period, floor area or construction quality, it is a test for L&K's professionalism and technicality.
 

 

Light up the products ASAP and realize the value-added of the Project ASAP. L&K Engineering needs to complete various node indicators such as the equipment and materials procurement, construction on site, external wall sealing, MAU positive pressure transmission, water and power transmission, FFU operation, clean environment reaching standards and so on in a short period of 84 days. The Project task is arduous.In view of the tight construction period, to warrant that the task is achieved, the Project management team went ahead with difficulties and acted decisively, and used all resources to set up the office in just 7 days, and completed the planning and arrangement of the early work of the Project in 3 days. All the work was carried out in an orderly manner, which fully demonstrated L&K's action and responsiveness. With the solid support of the Company headquarters, the Project department quickly got on the right track.
 

 

To cope with the tight construction period and complicated engineering conditions, all members of the Project Department strictly act in accordance with the Company’s rules and regulations, adhering to the business philosophy of “professionalism, innovation, leadership, waste reduction and responsibility”, and strive to build the Project into a “soaring project” to promote local economic and social development and a “popular project” to benefit the people.. of course, such a short construction period does not allow colleagues in the Project Department to slack off for a moment, and they must always keep high morale. In Changsha HuiKe project, you often see colleagues in the Project Department comfort each other, encourage and cheer, and use their sweat to express their youthful passion.
 

 

 

Of course, the tight schedule of the Project means that the Project Team will face more difficulties and challenges, such as the frequent collisions in field construction operations, friction among parallel contractors, communication and coordination of various opinions put forward by the owners, management and supervision companies, and so on. In particular, the arrival of every project node will double the pressure on everyone. After the hard efforts of the Project members day and night, on September 15, we successfully completed the closure of the outer wall of the first important node; Then, the second node is completed on schedule, that is, on September 22, pipeline docking of MAU air supply is completed, and the air supply conditions are reached.
 

Because the construction period of the Project coincides with the National Day Mid-Autumn Festival and other long holidays, and it also brings problems such as the material supply, it is difficult to successfully complete the third important node (opening FFU). The members of the Project Team gave up the opportunity to reunite with their family and friends, and still fought in the front line. After more than ten days of sprint, they finally reached the third major node: Opening FFU and reaching the cleanliness index.
 

 

On the morning of November 17, 2020, first exposure machine of Changsha HuiKe Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.’s 8.6th generation ultra-high-definition new display device production line project was officially moved in, which was an important milestone of Changsha HuiKe Optoelectronic Project, marking that the Project officially turned into the stage of equipment installation and commissioning!
 

Three months is a short cycle, but for all colleagues in Changsha HuiKe Project Department, it is a long and arduous process.
