Fifth Cadre Training Conference in 2020

Recently, the fifth cadre training meeting, which lasted for three days, was successfully concluded in Suzhou Company. The Meeting was convened concurrently with the main venue in Suzhou and 21 projects including Ronggong civil works Project, Overseas Vietnam Project, Xiantao Tripod Technology Project, Wuhan Hongxin (HSMC) Project, Mianyang HuiKe (HKC) Project, Changsha HuiKe Project, Huai’an Pengding (Avary) Project, Hefei Changxin (CXMT) Project, Shandong Fuyuan Project, Nanjing TSMC Project and Chongqing Branch, with a total of 80 people attending the Meeting.
 

First of all, the general manager Mao Zhihui summed up and affirmed the work achievements of L&K Engineering in the past year, analyzed the current industrial situation and development opportunities, and believed that L&K Engineering will eventually break via the adversity, forge ahead and create the new achievements under the leadership of the general manager.
 

 

Next, Xu Luping, the Assistant Manager of the General Managers office, popularized the new modules of the engineering cloud; vice president Liu Min made an annual summary of the operation of engineering cloud. Summarize the usage status of engineering cloud, let colleagues know the newly added and optimized functions of engineering cloud this year and the future development direction of functions, and list the problems in the daily operation in the form of case analysis to prevent the similar mistakes from happening again.
 

 

The application of engineering cloud integrates the key control contents in the Project management, and can quickly and conveniently understand the basic operation of the Project management. In the meanwhile, the big data and information base formed by the application of engineering cloud may provide more accurate data for bidding work as the basis of cost quotation, which is more scientific and reliable, and also provide the reference basis of labor service charge for engineering settlement. The data collection of the engineering cloud mainly comes from the Project, so it is particularly important to attach importance to the engineering cloud in the Project, track the implementation of the supervisor, and the accuracy and timeliness of the collected data.
 

 

This course summarizes the problems encountered in the process from the early bidding stage of the Project to the completion and settlement of the Project, and establishes a correct concept: In the whole stage of the Project construction, all actions shall focus on the Construction Contract. There is reason to follow and evidence to check. In the bidding stage, predict risks, raise doubts and clarify; in the Contract signing stage, negotiate and avoid risks; during construction, protect yourself and control risks. In addition, the abnormal problems encountered in the construction process are analyzed and summarized, to intensify the understanding on the abnormal problems, improve the construction quality and avoid the recurrence of similar incidents. Emphasis shall be placed on safety first and people-oriented in the construction site. The toolbox meeting on the construction site shall be E-oriented, scan and roll call, save time, form A database of workers, and realize the platform operation for all kinds of construction and material forms. And greatly improves the working efficiency.

After three days of training and study, all members have benefited a lot, and their professional quality has been further improved.
